Refund Policy

Our general policy
LeaseGuard generates and delivers your full risk report immediately upon successful payment. Because the report is produced and the access link delivered at the moment of purchase, all sales are final after report delivery.
We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the analysis, disagreement with findings, or a decision not to use the report after purchase.
When a refund or remedy is available
We will review your case and issue a refund or resend your report if:
- You were charged but never received a report link — your payment processed but no email was delivered and the report is not accessible.
- You were charged more than once for the same document due to a processing error.
- Your report link is broken or inaccessible due to a technical failure on our end.
- Your document could not be processed — the file was incompatible or corrupted and no analysis was produced.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
What does not qualify
- Dissatisfaction with the number of flags or risk score returned
- A decision not to rent the unit after receiving the report
- Uploading the wrong document (you can upload again — each upload is a new purchase)
- Reports for commercial leases, international leases, or document types outside our stated scope (US residential leases only)
How to request a refund
Email support@leaseguard.us within 7 days of purchase with:
- The email address used at checkout
- The approximate date and time of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
