What to include in your message

  • Report access issues: the email address you used at checkout and the approximate date/time of purchase. We can resend your report link.
  • Billing questions: the last 4 digits of your card or your Stripe receipt email. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical bugs: a brief description of what happened and what browser/device you were using.
  • Refund requests: your email, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. See our Refund Policy for what qualifies.
